This diagram was initially created by Steve Jin, and it has then been updated by William Lam for vSphere 5.

With the help of PowerCLI i have created previously the VMware vSphere 6.0 API Object Model diagram.
In the same way and with the the newly released PowerCLI 6.5 R1 you have now access to this updated version.
